Here at Flexifill, we have over 30 years’ of experience in aseptic and non-aseptic Bag-In-Box machines. Our Bristol site is purposely designed and equipped to allow us to successfully complete a Bag-In-Box machine system, from handling the project first design concept, to the manufacture and installation of the machine.

All our bag in box machines are designed in-house, parts manufactured and made by various local engineering companies and engineers. This means our customers’ requirements are instantly met, and if spares or new parts are required to accommodate changes in filler specifications, then we can respond immediately.

We offer aseptic and non-aseptic liquid filling systems and bag in box machines, from bench top manual fillers, semi-automatic fillers, pilot fillers, bulk fillers to high-speed, fully automatic, turnkey installations. We also have a large amount of experience and knowledge for many of the international filler machines too.

Flexifill have been involved in a large number of filling systems, that have been specifically developed and used by major and multinational businesses, including food service, fast food chains, wine packers and pharmaceutical companies.
